A modern mixed-use development reshaping Casablanca’s skyline
The delivery of MY WAY marks a significant milestone in Casablanca's urban landscape. Born from dynamic collaboration between Linkcity Maroc and BYMARO, Bouygues Bâtiment International's Moroccan subsidiary, this project embodies the shared vision to create modern, ambitious living and working environments. The development comprises 171 luxury apartments and 15,000 m² of premium office space, strategically positioned within Casa Finance City. The apartments feature premium finishes including Austrian solid wood parquetry and integrated smart home technology. Residents benefit from 3,000 m² of landscaped green spaces and two dedicated fitness facilities, one within each residential component, promoting wellness and community engagement.
