Founded in 1991 in Warsaw, Karmar has over 35 years of experience delivering cubature, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Poland. Since joining Bouygues Construction in 2007, the company combines local expertise with the Group’s international know-how and access to advanced technologies.
Karmar provides end-to-end construction services, from design and engineering to execution, operation, and maintenance. Our portfolio spans office buildings, industrial facilities, residential complexes, and major infrastructure, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. KARMAR S.A. holds four Grade III Industrial Security Certificates for the following classifications: Confidential (Tajne), NATO Secret, EU Secret, and ESA Secret. The company also maintains a system for processing classified national and international information with the classifications: Restricted (Zastrzeżone) and NATO/EU Restricted.
Engineering and project planning
Karmar manages design with in-house teams and specialist consultants, using BIM, structural, stability, and thermal calculations. We perform value engineering, equipment selection, and risk analysis, leveraging Group skill centers for materials, acoustics, and foundations.
Construction and site management
Delivering cubature, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Poland, Karmar coordinates trades, materials, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams, applying rigorous safety, quality, and performance standards on every site.
Project financing and advisory
We support clients on PPP, BOT, and full project-finance arrangements, providing due diligence, risk management, and access to equity and debt providers across Europe, ensuring projects are efficiently structured and executed.
