Founded in 1991 in Warsaw, Karmar has over 35 years of experience delivering construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects across Poland.
Since joining Bouygues Construction in 2007, the company has combined local expertise with the Group’s international know-how and access to advanced technologies.
Karmar provides end-to-end construction services, from design and engineering to execution, operation, and maintenance. Our portfolio spans office buildings, industrial facilities, residential complexes, and major infrastructure, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Through collaboration with Linkcity Poland, Karmar has expanded its expertise into property development. The company has successfully managed projects in the commercial and public sectors, establishing partnerships based on trust and mutual respect.

Engineering and project planning
Karmar manages design with in-house teams and specialist consultants, using BIM, structural, stability, and thermal calculations. We perform value engineering, equipment selection, and risk analysis, leveraging Group skill centers for materials, acoustics, and foundations.
Construction and site management
Delivering construction, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Poland, Karmar coordinates trades, materials, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams, applying rigorous safety, quality, and performance standards on every site.
Security clearance certificates
Karmar holds Grade III Industrial Security Certificates covering Polish national, NATO, EU and European Space Agency (ESA) classified information. It also operates an approved system for processing Restricted classified information under the Polish, NATO and EU security regimes.
