Space Command Center

In Toulouse, Bouygues Bâtiment Centre Sud-Ouest constructed the new buildings for the Space Command (CDE) and the NATO Center of Excellence (COE), a strategic infrastructure project developed for the Defense Infrastructure Service.

The project covers nearly 15,000 m² of floor space, incorporating highly secure operational areas, technical facilities, and collaborative workspaces dedicated to defense space missions. The teams successfully met the challenge of a particularly demanding schedule by delivering a fully operational site in less than two years of construction.

This achievement demonstrates the ability to execute complex operations within controlled timelines, thanks to optimized site organization and close coordination with all institutional and technical partners.
The project also contributed to regional development, with over 25,000 hours of job placement completed.

By delivering this complex facility within a particularly tight timeframe, the teams have demonstrated their ability to execute complex projects in support of French space sovereignty and the missions of the armed forces.
