A prestigious mixed-use landmark in Makati

Located in the heart of Makati, Metro Manila, the Ayala Triangle Gardens project is a benchmark mixed-use development led by MDBI, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary in the Philippines. It comprises a 39-storey Grade-A office tower rising to 185 meters with a rooftop helipad, and a 23-storey five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel at 109 meters offering 276 luxurious guest rooms. Both towers feature generous floor plates—2,405 square meters for offices and 1,345 square meters for the hotel—connected by a three-storey retail podium (Ground Floor to L3) and a five-level basement car park. The total construction floor area reaches 199,260 square meters, offering seamless integration of business, hospitality, shopping, and parking. The project sets new standards in Manila for quality, ambition, and innovation.

Excellence in construction recognized

Ayala Triangle Gardens stands out for its exceptional quality and engineering, recognized by the Philippines Excellence in Concrete Construction Awards in the High-Rise Structures Category (2022). Our teams delivered a future-ready destination at the center of Manila’s business district. The new towers and podium establish an iconic urban landscape, with modern amenities, expansive floor plates, and high-end facilities.
