The Toulouse South Urban Cable Car (TELEO) connects the Oncopôle to Paul Sabatier University via Rangueil Hospital along a 3-kilometer route. Carried out under a design-build-maintenance contract, the project was completed in December 2021 and inaugurated in May 2022.
Equipped with 15 cabins, it can transport up to 8,000 passengers per day, with a capacity of 1,500 passengers per hour. As the longest urban cable car in France, it crosses the Garonne River and natural areas in less than 10 minutes, providing an alternative to road travel in a congested area.
