Two separate 8-story blocks connected by an enclosed interior courtyard were built for the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region and its public partners, the Bouches-du-Rhône Department, the City of Marseille, and the Aix-Marseille Academy:
- the first block houses the elementary school (420 students), the boarding school for minors (around 100 rooms for 200 students), 14 staff apartments, the kitchen, and the dining hall
- the second block houses the middle school (720 students), the high school (1,050 students), preparatory classes, the 2,200 m² sports center, and the documentation center.
