The renovation of a historic high school
In Rouen, the renovation of the Pierre Corneille high school is an ambitious project carried out in five phases, with a major challenge: ensuring continuity of classes for 1,600 students, while sustainably transforming this historic site in the heart of the city.
The work includes the renovation and reconstruction of several buildings, the redesign of the facades, and the creation of a modular 350-seat conference room and an audiovisual center.
- Phase 1 - Joyeuse and Audio buildings - delivered in 2023/2024.
- Phases 3 & 4 - start in early January 2025, currently underway.
