692 student housing units built in just 18 months
This operation was carried out as part of a partnership contract led by CROUS Lyon and won by the Linkcity Sud-Est – Vilogia – Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est consortium. It covers the financing, design, construction, major maintenance, and renovation of 200 CROUS housing units over a period of 40 years, coupled with a supporting real estate program of 492 student housing units purchased by Vilogia and Kley to finance the CROUS housing units.
In total, more than 20,000 m2 spread over nine buildings have been constructed to meet the growing demand for student housing in the Lyon metropolitan area:
- 200 CROUS housing units built for Vilogia and operated by CROUS
- 151 social student housing units built for Vilogia and operated by Sergic
- 341 private student housing units built for Kley.
