From 1970s offices to a modern apartment hotel with coworking

VCES, subsidiary of Bouygues Bâtiment International, delivered Honest Říčany, the conversion of a 1970s office building into a modern apartment hotel designed to offer flexible spaces for both living and professional use.

The project involved the demolition of the original ten-storey structure, while preserving the existing steel columns at the first underground and first above-ground levels. The new development was rebuilt with one underground level and twelve above-ground floors, combining hospitality functions, workspaces and residential apartments in a single integrated building.

The first underground level accommodates office premises and hotel facilities. The first above-ground level, partially divided by a mezzanine, includes the entrance lobby with a café as well as dedicated coworking areas. Upper floors are reserved for residential apartments, creating a hybrid environment adapted to today’s evolving lifestyles.

The building features a distinctive architectural envelope, including an all-glass column-and-transom aluminium façade, reinforcing its contemporary identity and market positioning.

Un bâtiment moderne en forme de pyramide, à la façade sombre, est illuminé par des lumières LED blanches et géométriques sous un ciel nocturne bleu profond, avec des voitures garées au premier plan.
