Americaribe, Bouygues Bâtiment International’s subsidiary for the USA and Caribbean, is building the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa, elevating Caribbean hospitality on the coveted Seven Mile Beach. This five-star destination covers a 7.1-acre beachfront site and offers 381 keys, including hotel guestrooms, condo-hotel guestrooms, and suites. Living quarters are designed for luxury living, featuring expansive spaces and floor-to-ceiling doors that open onto breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
Residents and guests will enjoy an impressive range of amenities, including six world-class restaurants, three swimming pools, a 12,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness center, and 25,000 sq. ft. of conference facilities. Exclusive Grand Social Clubs, shopping boutiques, and personalized five-star concierge services complement the resort’s comprehensive offering. This flagship development reinforces the Group’s reputation for construction excellence in luxury hospitality.
