Located in the heart of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the ILN Mairie real estate complex marks the culmination of an ambitious renovation project carried out while the buildings remained occupied, involving 315 social housing units spread across three 16-story buildings.
Located in the city center, this residence is a defining feature of the urban landscape and local residential park. The project was designed to combine energy efficiency, improved quality of life for residents, and environmental transition, while ensuring continuity of use for tenants throughout the duration of the work.
The project is part of a comprehensive approach to the sustainable modernization of the building stock, with the aim of significantly improving the thermal and functional comfort of the housing units, enhancing the common areas, and increasing the attractiveness of the residence.
The thermal renovation of the buildings now makes it possible to reduce energy consumption and the carbon footprint, while the modernization of the common areas and wet rooms contributes to enhancing the safety, accessibility, and well-being of residents.

Improving the living environment for residents
