One of the largest thermal refurbishments in France
A large-scale operation involving the energy renovation of 1,412 ‘Camus’ houses spread across 14 towns in the mining basin. This vast renovation programme, carried out while the houses remain occupied, is based on extensive industrialisation, enabling the work to be carried out on a large scale and delivered at a rate of 70 houses per month. The project was awarded a Clé d'Or (Golden Key) in the 2025 national competition organised by the EGF - Entreprises Générales de France du BTP.
