Changing the image of a neighborhood
Delivered in 2024 by our Bouygues Bâtiment Grand Ouest teams, the thermal renovation project at Parc du Robec in Darnétal (76) has transformed and upgraded the neighborhood.
The work consisted of thermally renovating 645 occupied dwellings in 14 buildings, demolishing 20 dwellings, creating 19 elevator shafts, and residentializing the outdoor spaces.
They improved energy performance by installing 30,000 m² of cladding and replacing 3,000 windows, while halving energy consumption and enhancing residents' comfort, in particular by creating 19 elevator shafts. The neighborhood has been upgraded thanks to new architecture and the redevelopment of outdoor spaces, with an emphasis on green spaces and soft mobility.
The project was also part of a responsible approach, recycling deposited materials (slats, windows) and obsolete insulation.
