Reimagining office life
Work methods are changing. We design spaces that are flexible and adaptable, and that focus on collective well-being.

Design focused on users
We put people at the heart of our projects to create workplaces that encourage engagement and performance.

Understanding new ways of working
We factor in the emergence of mobile, collaborative and hybrid work styles when designing adaptable, modular and sustainable office spaces.
They can evolve alongside the changing needs of companies and their teams.

Performance and wellbeing in the workplace
Our buildings incorporate solutions that improve acoustic, thermal and visual comfort. We enhance quality of life by including service hubs, green terraces, relaxation areas, gyms and childcare facilities.
These features contribute to creating a welcoming workplace where the balance between work, well-being and performance feels natural.

Sustainable, connected construction
We combine innovation and performance at every stage using geothermal energy, bio-based materials, smart energy management and integrated digital solutions.
Our projects draw on these technologies to design sustainable, connected office buildings certified HQE, WELL or BBCA, combining comfort, low-carbon performance and operational efficiency.

From design to delivery
Our teams support companies at every stage of a project, from design to maintenance, integrating innovation, quality and sustainability.
We create corporate headquarters and office spaces that strengthen brand image and express corporate identity. Our projects help foster collaboration and provide a positive user experience.

Spaces that reflect your identity
We pay particular attention to integrating and expressing the corporate culture of future users. Each space is designed to reflect each organisation’s values, identity and ways of working.
Through collaboration with our clients, we are able to understand their needs and translate their corporate culture into the layout, choice of materials and overall atmosphere of the workplace.

Let's discuss it.
Bouygues Construction is committed to reducing the carbon impact of the construction sector through the very low-carbon model illustrated by the Archisobre concept. We were supported in developing the project by Franck Boutté Consultants, an environmental design and engineering firm. Three renowned architecture firms then interpreted and enhanced the concept:
Archisobre pushes the boundaries by prioritising material efficiency through detailed analysis of the building’s form, precise design in terms of technological simplicity, structural use of wood, circular economy principles, and the use of bio-based materials such as raw earth. It reduces the average carbon footprint of newly built offices by a factor of three and achieves a level 40% below the RE2031 targets.
