A new-generation campus in the heart of La Garenne-Colombes

Located on the former PSA Peugeot Citroën industrial site in La Garenne-Colombes, the Engie Campus, developed by Nexity, embodies the transformation of a historic site into a major service center.

Spanning 94,000 square meters of office and service space, set within a 1.3-hectare landscaped park, the project offers a renewed vision of the workplace: open, sustainable, and deeply rooted in its local community.

Designed as a true eco-campus, it is organized around four office buildings, a central “Heart” promoting exchanges, and an energy hub dedicated to the site's environmental performance.

Designed by a consortium of architects including SCAU, Chaix & Morel et associés, and Art & Build, the Campus features a sober and contemporary architectural style, limited to seven floors in order to preserve a human and horizontal scale. This design promotes cross-functionality, collaboration, and inclusion by creating fluid spaces that are accessible to all.

A showcase for the energy transition of commercial buildings

Designed as a large-scale demonstration of decarbonization in the tertiary sector, the ENGIE Campus affirms a strong and fully committed environmental ambition. It embodies a new generation of office buildings, where energy performance, construction innovation, and quality of use converge in the service of a low-carbon model.

With 37,500 m² built using a wooden structure, the project stands out as one of the most iconic tertiary complexes in France to make extensive use of this material. The 3,300 m² of green terraces, extended by vast landscaped areas, enhance biodiversity and contribute to the thermal comfort and well-being of users.

The 42,400 m² of curtain wall facades have been designed to optimize natural light, limiting the use of artificial lighting and improving overall energy performance.

Open to the city, the Engie Campus now goes beyond its simple tertiary function. By incorporating a nursery, a gym, shops, and restaurants accessible to residents, it has become a place for living, meeting, and innovation, fully integrated into the dynamics of the area.
